We are an online grocery shopping platform that is currently serving customers within Johor Bahru, Nusajaya, Gelang Patah, Kulai, Pasir Gudang and Masai area. Once order is received, we will send using on-demand delivery services like Lalamove.

RETURN & REFUND

What will happen if I have received damaged / missing / wrong item(s)?

Kindly contact to our customer service if you had one of the following situations above within 3 days after receiving the item(s). Please provide the following information such as:

  • The Order ID of your order
  • A photo of the damaged or wrong item(s) (Video is strongly suggested if possible)

If the item(s) has been open, the item(s) cannot be refund.

Our customer service will assist you to solve your return/refund issues as soon as possible

SHOPPING INFORMATION

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you on your checkout.Ā 

Orders above RM150 will be entitled to free shipping within the Johor Bahru area.

How long will delivery take?

Order confirmed before 2 pm (Mon to Sat), delivery within Johor Bahru will be made on the same day by Lalamove.

If you place an order on Sunday, the order will be fulfilled on the next working day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We will provide an invoice for your order but it will be sent electronically by email within seven (7) working days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Don't worry, you can drop us a message and we will help you to check the order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What are the payment methods?

Our platform support online banking, FPX, debit & credit cards and also e-wallets such as Touch N Go, Shopee Pay, Grab Pay and etc...

Do I need to show the receipt of the payment?

No, we do not need to do so. Our payment gateway will automatically verify your payment with your bank.

What if the transaction is failed during checkout?

You may try again by refreshing your web browser or try to clear your cacheĀ 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it is not processed or not yet packed by us.
